The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Ensurge Micropower ASA ("Ensurge") will be held on Wednesday 25 May 2022 at 9:00 (CET) as both a physical meeting and an electronic meeting. Notice and attendance forms, including participation instructions, are posted below.
